General Introduction and Definitions
betjille is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides digital gaming, sports betting and casino-style entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "betjille", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to betjille and its operating entity. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who accesses the site, creates an account or uses the services.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between betjille and the user. By using any part of the platform, you are automatically bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
2.1 Age Restriction
The minimum age to use the betjille platform is 21 years. This service is open only to those aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
betjille primarily provides services for residents of Bangladesh. Access from certain countries or regions may be restricted. Users must confirm for themselves whether online betting is legally permitted in their location.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address or device. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Process
It is mandatory to create an account with accurate and complete information. The name, address, date of birth and contact details provided at registration must be truthful.
3.2 KYC Verification
betjille follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before withdrawals or large transactions, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

3.3 Account Security

Funds Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on betjille is ৳100 (per method). We support the following payment methods:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted — the source of the deposit must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If there is an active bonus or an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal, the process may be delayed.
4.3 Transaction Fees
betjille generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply — betjille is not responsible for those.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
betjille offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. A specific time limit may apply to completing the wagering requirement, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each offer can be used once per account only.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Bonuses are for use on the betjille platform only — they are not transferable as cash.
- betjille reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Fraudulently claiming bonuses will result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
5.4 VIP Program
The betjille VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change at betjille's discretion.
Betting and Game Rules
6.1 Betting Terms
All bets placed on betjille are considered a valid and binding agreement. A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. betjille reserves the right to cancel or adjust any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
6.2 Sports Betting
When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports events, the applicable odds and match rules must be followed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, betjille's decision regarding the relevant bets is final.
6.3 Casino Games
When participating in slots, live casino and other games, the rules of the relevant game provider also apply. Game providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and others.
6.4 Erroneous Situations
betjille reserves the right to void any winnings, rewards or bonuses received as a result of a technical error or software malfunction. In such situations, the user may not raise any claim.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjille platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using false or forged identity documents
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Fraudulently using bonuses or promotional offers
- Playing using automated bots, software or scripts
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
- Threatening or harassing other users
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party
- Placing bets using funds from illegal sources
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
Although betjille strives to ensure uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance or third-party causes. betjille is not liable for any loss resulting from such disruptions.
8.2 User Decisions
betjille is an entertainment platform. The decision to place bets and play games is entirely at the user's own discretion. betjille accepts no liability for financial losses.
8.3 Third-Party Services
betjille has limited control over the operations of payment gateways or game providers. betjille's liability for issues caused by third-party errors is limited.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by betjille
betjille may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Providing false information
- Age restriction violation
- Legal or regulatory reasons
9.2 Closure by the User
You can request to close your account at any time. Any pending bonuses or wagering requirements at the time of the request will be cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw all valid funds before voluntarily closing the account.
